With years of rich experience in the field of education, I have always believed that every child possesses unique abilities that can be transformed into extraordinary success through the right guidance, environment and motivation.

As a former Government Lecturer, my journey in education has been filled with learning, innovation and dedication towards student development. Taking voluntary retirement (VRS) from government service was not just a career decision—it was a mission to dedicate my experience, vision and energy towards building an institution that truly prepares children for bigger careers and meaningful lives.

I feel honoured to have received recognition as a State and National Awardee, and to have served as a member of prestigious state-level educational teams. My educational journey also gave me the opportunity to participate in the Singapore Education Tour, sponsored by the renowned Madhubun Group, in recognition of quality work and excellence in education. This exposure strengthened my belief that Indian students deserve international-level learning environments blended with strong cultural values.

At Adharshila, we are continuously working to bring innovative educational systems that help children become mentally strong, creative and confident learners. One such initiative is our specially designed Super Brain Program, where students are trained in:
